GT2 2mm Pulleys

Drive FTC mechanisms with GT2 2mm pulleys from SWYFT Robotics. These 6061 aluminum pulleys are black anodized. Pair them with GT2 2mm timing belts — they are not interchangeable with HTD 5mm belts.

Key Features

• Tooth counts: 20T, 25T, 30T, 35T, 40T, 45T, and 50T, sold in packs of 2. 60T hub-mount sold individually.
• 8mm bore (20T–50T): Works with 7mm hex or 15T SplineXS. Each pack includes two M5 set screws with preapplied threadlocker and an allen key. For dead-axle applications, simply remove the set screws—the pulley then functions as a bushing on your axle.
• 60T hub mount: 14mm ID. Two M4 holes for SWYFT Clamping Hubs or goBILDA motion components, and three M3 holes for mounting to a REV UltraPlanetary.
• Belt width: Accepts up to 10mm GT2 2mm belt. You can run two 5mm belts to the same pulley or to different pulleys.
• 6061 aluminum: Black anodized.
• 14-piece mix: Two pulleys of every 20T–50T size, priced below buying the packs. The 60T hub-mount is sold separately.
